    Mama Bear

    The matriarch of our family and the smiling lady you see when you visit our shop! She has been sewing since age seven and began her journey into quilting after her children were born. She brings her love of sewing/quilting, creativity, and love of all things colorful to the table. When she is not at HomeGrown HomeSewn, she is spending time with her husband, Tom. Together Tom and Diane have raised their four children who have all gotten married and given them a total of nine grandchildren.

    He’s the financial guy and he knows more about quilting than he would care to share! Go ahead, quiz him…Ask him what a fat quarter is! He and Diane have been married for over 44 years and he also runs a successful CPA firm.

  • Abbey Matthews

    Fab Stash Star

    The youngest of Tom and Diane’s four children. You’ll see her assisting in the shop and at shows from time to time, but she’s mainly handling things outside the shop as well as raising four children. She also hosts our Fresh & Fab Friday™ videos that give a glimpse into our shop every week and The Fab Stash Show® for live online selling.

    The Creator

    The son-in-law and Abbey’s husband is the Director of Marketing and SEO specialist behind the scenes. He creates most of the social media posts and was also the idea man behind the Fab Stash Show, Fab Stash Club, and Fresh & Fab Fridays. His quilting knowledge is not quite up there with Toms, but he’s learning.
