Ruby Kalyani
<p><!--block-->Ruby came on board in 2007 as an educator and joined the management team in 2010. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2000. Ruby earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio University. Ruby's hobbies include aqua aerobics and spending time with her children. What she enjoys most about her job is working with families, networking and learning more about development in education. Her favorite center activity is the Fall Festival. Ruby's role is to create a safe, positive and enriched learning environment for children in her care. She is devoted to the well-being of everyone in her center -- children, families, and teachers. She develops and maintains strong relationships with the children and families in the center. She encourages parent involvement and establishes a sense of trust and security so that parents are comfortable at work knowing their child is well cared for.</p>
