Description
Dr. Matthew Howell, OD, grew up in a small Ohio town bordering Indiana. He became interested in optometry at a young age from his frequent trips to his local optometrist. He graduated from Ohio University in 2009 with a degree in biological sciences. He studied optometry at the Ohio State University College of Optometry graduating in 2013, afterwards he did a year residency at The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. His residency focused on diagnosing and treating ocular disease and fitting specialty contact lenses. In his free time, Matthew enjoys traveling, running, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
